Shipping

• All pieces are handmade, so processing times may vary. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging

​

• All items are packed with care using protective materials to reduce the risk of breakage during transit.

• Because each piece is unique, slight variations in shape, colour, or texture are normal and not considered defects.

Damaged Items

​

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item to your support email.

• We will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

​

• Due to the handmade nature of our pottery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations

​

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in progress.

Custom Orders

​

• Custom or personalised pieces are non‑refundable and non‑returnable unless damaged on arrival.

• The lead time on custom order is 6-8 weeks minimum.
